NF5280M7 is configured with two 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, each CPU has up to 40 cores and 80 threads. The maximum TDP is 270W, maximum base frequency is 3.6GHz with 1.5MB L3 cache per core and 3 UPIs at up to 11.2GT/s.

NF5280M7 provides extraordinary speed, high availability and a maximum of 4T memory capacity with up to 32x DDR4-3200MT/s ECC RDIMMs or LRDIMMs.

NF5280M7 protects data integrity during power failure without degrading memory capacity and bandwidth by supporting Intel® Optane™ Persistent Memory at up to 512G capacity with 3200MHz bandwidth.

Flexible Expansion

Supports up to 20x 3.5-inch or 39x 2.5-inch drives.

Supports OCP 3.0 (optional), provide 10/25/40/100/200G network interface and a more flexible network structure for applications.
